10.00-12.00	Day one: Beaune Visit and wine tasting in Maison Joseph Drouhin. The wine House Joseph Drouhin was founded in 1880. With its 73 hectares (182.5 acres), the Joseph Drouhin Domaine is one of the largest estates in the region. The Domaine was put together through the years, thanks to judicious purchases and agreements between families. Some vineyards are among the most famous in Burgundy, such as Clos des Mouches, Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche, Musigny, Clos de Vougeot, Corton-Charlemagne.
12.30-14.00	Lunch in 1* Michelin restaurant Le Jardin des Remparts
14.30-16.30	Guided tour of Beaune and of the Hospices de Beaune or Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune. A former charitable almshouse. It was founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor of Burgundy, as a hospital for the poor. The original hospital building, the Hôtel-Dieu, one of the finest examples of French fifteenth-century architecture, is now a museum. Services for patients are now provided in modern hospital buildings. An important charity wine auction is held in November each year (formerly in the great hall of the Hôtel-Dieu).
17.00-19.00	Free time Kir Royal tasting in the oldest bar in Beaune
19.30-21.00	Dinner in Cortons vineyards, restaurant *Le Charlemagne 1Michelin**

10.00-12.00	Day two trip to Puligny Montrachet visit and wine tasting in the wine hause Olivier Leflaive. Managing every link in the chain The philosophy of Olivier Leflaive is to produce simply great wines. There are no secrets to this – everything starts in the vines with good grapes. Olivier, Franck and their team are lucky to have strong relationships with some of the best winegrowers on the Côte, people who grow their vines with care and attention.

14.30-16.30	Visit and wine tasting in Demaine Terres de Velle Grand Vin de Bourgogne
19.00-21.00	Dinner in a traditional Beaune restaurant Caveau des Arches

12.00-14.00	Lunch in a local restaurant LE MILLESIME in the vineyards of CHAMBOLLE-MUSIGNY
14.00-15.00	a walk throuhg the most famous appelation Grand Cru and Premier Cru Romanee Conti
15.30-17.30	trip to Dijon, guided tour in Dijon.
17.30-18.30	back to Beaune
20.00-22.00	Dinner in the village of Levernois
